How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Billing → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Immediate and self-serve via Stripe. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period.
Cancellation is self-serve — no email to support required. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then auto-downgrade to Free.
Your brands, posts, pillars, and connected socials are kept — you just lose paid-only features. Re-subscribe any time to restore full access.
