Why does my connected account say "Reconnect required"?
The platform revoked the access token — usually because you changed your password, disconnected from a phone, or the token simply expired. Click Reconnect and re-approve.
OAuth tokens expire on platform-defined schedules. When we detect a revoked token (the platform returns 401), the account's status flips to "Reconnect required".
Scheduled posts that target that account are paused automatically. Reconnect and they resume.
