Why do my imported posts show 0 reach, impressions, or saves?
Most platforms only return their full insights suite to the app that published the post. Imported posts get likes and comments; reach, impressions, and saves require publishing through Everyclik.
Posts your analytics page shows fall into one of two paths. Posts you publish through Everyclik get the platform's full insights suite — reach, impressions, saves, shares, profile visits, the lot. Posts that were already on the platform when we imported them get whatever the platform exposes at import time, which is usually likes, comments, and basic counts.
This is not a Everyclik limitation — it is how the Instagram Graph API and most other platforms work. Reach and impressions are reported back to the publishing app only. The same is true for save and share counts on Instagram, profile visits, website taps from posts, and Reel watch time.
What populates for imports vs. what populates after publishing through Everyclik:
- Imported posts: likes, comments, basic engagement, TikTok and YouTube views.
- Published-through-Everyclik posts: all of the above PLUS reach, impressions, saves, shares, profile visits, website taps, follows from post, Reel watch time, and platform-specific intelligence.
Two account-type gotchas can also leave imports blanker than they need to be. Personal Instagram accounts do not expose saves through the Graph API — switch to Business or Creator (free, no follower threshold) and reconnect in Settings → Socials. Personal TikTok accounts do not expose profile visits — same fix applies on TikTok.
The short version: if a metric matters to you, publish through Everyclik. Imported analytics are best-effort.
